During our multi-day adventure you will have the chance to admire local flora and fauna, to taste local typical dishes and to have a great view of astonishing landscapes. This journey will let you discover the most authentic part of the island which was for ages the center of the Mediterranean Sea, the most wanted land, for which many ancient populations fought.
All the Path are realized on tracks different from common touristic excursion, itineraries created to satisfy your adventure desire and to test yourself, making you appreciate the “fatigue” of walking.
Step by step, slowly, like the natural cycles, we will show you the real spirit of this island. History, tradition and hospitality are the key words of this experience.

7 days tour
An authentic travel experience in the northeast of the island among enchanting hamlet and small medieval village, between the Patriarchi wood and the green Alcantara valley. This tour brings you to the most beautiful parks and natural reserve of Sicily, even the Mount Etna reserve. You will have the chance to see local flora and fauna, admire the enchanting landscapes and to taste regional typical dishes. This journey will let you discover the most authentic part of Sicily, a side there is not yet well known, thanks to a tour different from a common touristic excursion. Nature, history, traditions and hospitality are the key words of this experience.
Test yourself during the trekking session, learning to appreciate the “fatigue” of walking, step by step, slowly, like the natural cycles.

trip schedule and itinerary:
Day 1: We will collect you from Catania, then we will bring you from Catania toMontalbano Elicona.
Day 2: we will visit Argimusco (natural site) and Malabotta Natural Park.
Day 3: we will visit the cities of Malvagna and Castiglione di Sicilia.
Day 4: we will visit the cities of Francavilla di Sicilia and Motta Camastra.
Day 5: We will visit Mount Etna, Alcantara gorges and Taormina.
Day 6: we will visit Taormina, Castelmola and we will have a Yoga session.
Day 7: we will bring you from Taormina to Catania airport.
Difficulty: mild level. from 3 to 5 hours of hiking every day (including stops and breaks)
Ground: volcanic/mountainous/hilly grounds. the excursion is along, dirty tracks, mule tracks and tracks that are not already trampled. Basic hiking skills are recommended.
Equipment you need to bring: Trekking shoes, trekking socks, trekking shirt, sleeping bag, anorak, cap/hat, gloves, swimming suit, sunglasses, sunscreen, backpack (30 liters minimum). (walking sticks are suggested).
